Thank you for booking your surf session with Sea Love Surf! I’m so excited to share the waves and the journey with you, just like we do with our sea love fishing adventures. Please note the following terms regarding your session: • Weather & Ocean Conditions: Surfing is a nature-based activity, and conditions can change unexpectedly. Once you’ve signed up and paid for your session, Sea Love Surf is not liable for changes in weather or surf conditions. Sessions will continue as planned whenever it is safe to do so.

• Refunds & Rescheduling:

◦ Within 5 days of your scheduled lesson: Your booking is non-refundable.

◦ More than 5 days before your scheduled lesson: You may request a credit to apply toward another session. Credits are good for 30 days.

Your understanding and flexibility help support small, local surf coaching, allowing me to continue providing personalized, mindful surf experiences for all who share a sea love fishing passion.

1. Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that surfing and ocean activities involve inherent risks including drowning, strong currents, impact with boards, other participants, reefs, rocks, sea floor, or marine life. I knowingly assume all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

2. Waiver & Release

I hereby release and hold harmless Amy Williamson and Sea Love Surf, along with their owners, coaches, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of my participation in surf lessons, tours, or related activities — including those caused by negligence — to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes any activities related to sea love fishing.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amy Williamson and Sea Love Surf, along with their affiliates and representatives, from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from my participation.

4. Health & Ability to Participate

I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate in surfing activities. I will disclose any medical conditions or limitations to my instructor prior to participating.

5. Weather, Ocean & Cancellation Policy

I understand that weather and ocean conditions can change rapidly. Once payment is made, Amy Williamson and Sea Love Surf are not liable for changes in surf or weather conditions. Bookings are non-refundable within 5 days of the session. Credits may be issued for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the scheduled session.

6. Emergency Medical Authorization

I authorize Amy Williamson and Sea Love Surf or their representatives to seek any necessary medical treatment on my behalf. I am responsible for all associated medical costs.

7. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission to Sea Love Surf and Amy Williamson to capture photos or video of me during sessions and to use them for promotional, social media, or educational purposes without compensation.

8. Duration & Severability

This waiver remains in effect for all future surf coaching sessions and activities with Amy Williamson and Sea Love Surf. If any section is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.

9. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and sign voluntarily. I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue Amy Williamson and Sea Love Surf.
