My approach goes beyond technique — it’s about connection, awareness, and gratitude for each moment in the ocean. Surfing becomes a moving meditation, where you learn to tune into your body, your breath, and the rhythm of the sea. With mindful attention to movement and energy, I help you refine your technique while deepening your connection to nature and yourself. During our coaching sessions we will
1) Discuss your goals
2) Identify the movements, thoughts, & emotions necessary to reach those goals
3) Describe how these changes will lead to success of your goals;
4) Provide physical and mental training methods to practice outside of surfing


The list of offerings is a summary of topics I can share. Expect to spend some time on the beach. Depending on your level of surfing and what you would like me to cover will determine what we work on. Minimum surf coaching session is 1.5 hours.
